Mid-Winter Homebrew Competition Winner's Release Party
Dan's French Saison took "Best Of Show" at the Mid-Winter Homebrew competition in February. Dan got to brew it with the pros at the Milwaukee Brewing Company, and it was debuted to the public this week.
Dan and Co-brewer Nick got to debut their brew on July 21st at a party thrown by the Milwaukee Ale House with friends, all the mug clubbers, the directors of the competition Jeremy King and David Kelley, and Milwaukee Brewing's Head Brewer Robert Morton.
Dan's French Saison is fairly dry with a wonderful hop spiciness and notes of fresh picked cherries coming through the nose, along with the unmistakable saison yeast characteristics that make them so great.
Get over to the Milwaukee Ale House and try Dan's brew before it runs out!
Cheers!
